Dr. James Santarelli is the best doctor I've ever had contact with. He's very personable, extremely competent and a pleasure to have as my family doctor. Aurora should be very proud to have Dr. Santarelli on its' staff.

I was happy that they were able to see me the same day!! That's good patient care.

Comfort and Trust

My concerns were answered and taken care of.

Left house 0700. Got to Drs office 0725. Checked in by 0730. Got into room around 0740. Dr arrived approximately 0805. Dr was done 0810. Got labs done by about 0830. Got back home about 0900. Two hour investment of time. I expect i will be charged about $300. Could have been a "go get some blood work done at an aurora office and we'll call you". Probably would cost the same $ but would have taken me half an hour instead of 2 hours. I don't blame the doc. I blame the system.

Knowledgeable and personal physician. Has active listening skills and is able to interject probing questions in a non-threatening manner.

I'm very happy with everything each and every one of them did. The most painless blood draw ever. I am no longer afraid of getting another one because it didn't hurt at all. Every person there was very kind and caring.
