I did have a question about a past MRI scan of my brain. Dr. Napier pulled up the scan and showed it to me BUT did not explain what the scan meant. I believe he thought I could read a brain scan just by viewing it. Therefore, I do still have unanswered questions. I regret that the doctor didn't explain the scan's meaning.
My situation is difficult and Dr Napier is trying to find a solution.
The student working with Dr Napier was also very helpful and kind.
Dr Napier is very knowledgeable and cares about any issues I am having. He listens to me and addresses the health problems I am having. He lets me know if I continue to have problems that I should reach out to him.
Dr Napier is truly the greatest Dr. that I've ever had in my entire life.
I appreciate that Dr. Napier knew my medical history as soon as he walked into the room. I also appreciate that he gives me in the information in a direct manner, he doesn't present the information that makes me wonder if he know what he's talking - he absolutely knows what he is talking about & when it comes to my brain, I want a doctor that is knowledgeable & direct. I also like the fact he understands my time is valuable too, he doesn't keep me waiting, he doesn't have useless discussions, we talk about my concerns, he answers my questions, he and his staff follow up with me, and I can go on with my day. I am very thankful Dr. Napier is my neurologist.
Thank you for the progress that has been made so far to alleviate my migraines.
I really loved Dr. Napier!! He is very caring!!
Dr Napier should take more time when working with an interpreter. He needs to wait for his questions or directions to be interpreted to the patient, especially during the examination. We left feeling very unsettled with this appointment.
I enjoy the fact that I can be relaxed when speaking with Dr. Napier. We were talking generally at my last visit and suddenly he asked me a question irrelevant to what we were talking about. I fully realize why he did this since I had a TBI 14 years ago, but we both got a "giggle" at my reply to him! It was the correct answer too!
