My concern stemmed from letter sent in mail before my appointment. It said to come 45min before seeing the doctor, that I would talk with nurse for 30 minutes before Dr. It turned out I waited in waiting room extra 45 minutes . I only needed to come 15min before Dr appt. Thank you
