The staff "worked me into" the schedule. While I know without doubt it destroyed their morning schedule, they were all gracious and kind. The skillset of these professionals is not what sets them apart. We have many wonderful medical teams in the area. They all go the extra mile to make you feel like you are more than just a number. Hands down a good crew.

I still don't understand why we are asked to come 15 minutes before our appointment time because I have never been called in for my appointment 15 min. prior to the appointment time. In fact it is generally 5 minutes after the scheduled time.
