Dr. Shahab Is Very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and can be condescending most times we encounter.
Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Repeated information several times, always in common language that was easily understood. Seemed genuinely concerned and eager to help.
Dr Shahab is an excellent Nephrologist and truly cares for her patients. I am very happy with her care and highly recommend her.
I've been very pleased with Dr. Shahab's care, and feel like she has me in a better place. Thank you.
I had great difficulty between Dr Shahab's rapid speech, foreign accent and continuous use of terminology. Had to ask to repeat. After a few minutes, I just quit asking. Did not break down any of the terms she used, and did not smile once during the visit. She did ask if I had questions.
Very nice and listens and answers my questions and I like her
I want this to remain anonymous. Dr walked in while the Medical Assistant was taking my blood pressure and seemed irritated with her because she was taking my blood pressure. She then told the medical assistant right in front of me "What is the problem with her blood pressure? My next appointment is already here." This visit felt very rushed and what the Dr said to the Medical Assistant made me feel uncomfortable. I feel bad for the Medical Assistant because she was being very professional and doing her job, but I could tell the way the Dr spoke to her made her feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, yet she kept her composure and remained professional the entire time. My prior visits with this Dr had always been good, this is the first time I experience this.
They do not have updated information from previous visits. The provider was rude she did not listen to everything I had to say and would cut me off
I like Dr. Shahab and he straightforwardness. She's very kind and has helped me to understand my health goals.
Thank you for the attention you gave me
