Professional yet warm. Nurse was busy but took good care of me. I felt listened to and my input was accepted.I felt well cared for when I left. I absolutely do not like the elephonecommunication system when I have to make an appointment and or send message directly to office. It took 20 minutes for a person to come on the line!!! I just wanted to let office know that I was on my way but running 10 min. behind!! Ridiculous!
