My issue is with my appointments. My last appointment was canceled. Then yesterday, the day of my appointment they called in the AM and asked me to arrive 40 minutes early. I rearranged my very hectic work schedule to accommodate the request only to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes. I found it disrespectful. My time is also valuable. I shared this issue with both the staff and doctor. You can do better!

Dr Irma Perez is EXCELLENT! She cares for her patients and their welfare.
My only no response was because I was not able to See Dr. Perez due to restriction on my Insurance coverage . I am once again back with her as my GP and could not be happier

My husband fell during the early morning hours 3:00 a m fireman came to get him up and into bed he is fine but I wanted to talk to Dr Since early I left message I received a call early morning on my cell from Nurse as I was speaking to her the house rang and it was another nurse I was so impressed with the accuracy and fast response of Advocate Thank you!and Dr Irma Perez is always concerned and helpful in many ways A true caring Doctor Thank you also!
Dr Perez is amazing. Very compassionate and understanding. Her assistant Veronica made me feel comfortable and they both work very well together. My last appointment her assistant Linda made me feel uncomfortable. She seems very lost.
I was very comfortable with the Dr and staff .
