I didn't like the visit being recorded. If I am required to do this going forward, I will most likely pursue another provider. I didn't feel comfortable being recorded. Also, the descriptive wording used to sum up the visit seemed somewhat inaccurate. I did give my consent to be recorded. I will not give my consent going forward so I am unsure if Holly will see me going forward.

I was switching from Froedert to Aurora on the advice from my sister who is very happy with this particular person. It was my very first visit, and she told me she had a cold but as the visit went on, her hand was hovering on the pause button of that recording tablet. When I saw this, I'm thinking, she's already out the door, so I said I didn't have anything else. She forgot about the shots I wanted and when I mentioned the shots, she said she'll get her nurse, which she did. I am torn with this visit. It took me around 2 months to get to see her (new patient, I know it can take a while), and when I did see her, she wasn't at 100%. While I do appreciate her not wanting to cancel a new patient, I wasn't able to get all of my issues on the table. This must have been a really tough decision in her part as well. My sister was to see her at 10am the same day I saw her, but she cancelled so other appointments. When my sister told me her appt was cancelled, it made me think she REALLY wasn't feeling good at all. Other than that, so other personnel were nice, friendly and helpful and explained things to me of what to expect.. Such as having a sore arm after one of the shots. They directed me to the lady who sets up other appointments and she explained the different offices that were closer to me for my mammogram and allergist. Thank you for your time and for giving me an opportunity to explain some things.
