Professional. PA Holly Bonavia is awesome. Have been seeing her for several years. Always attentive during visits. Answers emails in a timely manner. An asset to the Aurora Medical team. The receptionist was pleasant and attentive during the check-in and as I was leaving. Medical assistant was extremely pleasant and welcoming. A positive experience which at times can cause anxiety.

I just noticed I have tests coming- up (e.g. PSA, Lipid Panel), but I'm confused why they weren't mentioned or offered when I was there.

The staff was excellent, the woman who checked me in at the office next to Holly (the staff person at her reception was absent before checkin as well as lab scheduling) was phenomenal. The lab tech was awesome and Holly's nurse was too.

Holly Bonavia spent a good amount of time with me and answered all of my questions.
