Dr. Kaza explained my test results very thoroughly and clearly and made sure that I understood everything. The nurse and receptionist were also extremely courteous and I wasn't kept waiting past my scheduled appointment.
The doctor told me that they did not have a record of me having my eyes checked. I told the doctor that I certainly did have my eyes checked and the people that worked there was lying. As soon as I left the doctor office I went to the eye doctor to verify that I had been there. They told me yes I had been there and had proof. I didn't like this experience.

The providers, nurses and front desk are so amazing
The doctor I have at this location has terrible bed side manner. I feel rushed. She talks down to me and I don't feel listened to or advocated for. She is more concerned about getting vaccines and not my personal health. She put non compliant on my chart because I did not do a mammogram with in a year. Has still not removed the information even though I did get one. I feel like I was treated like a child and lectured instead of someone looking to guide and help me in my health journey. It's in and out and I don't feel respected.
