I came into the appointment very nervous and anxious about an upcoming surgery and wanted some guidance and recommendations on how to move forward. I was asking for other options and if surgery was necessary for gallbladder sludge, I felt unheard and rushed.. I felt no empathy and the doctor does not try to see or recognize how emotional I was about making the decision for surgery. I felt brushed off and left very emotional and frustrated.
It's the first visit. I am scheduled for blood work with a follow up visit a few days later. This seems excessive when everything is on the live well app. Coming in to discuss the results of blood tests seems a waste of time and money for both of us
