It was a great experience from beginning to end!

I was encouraged to physically come in vs virtual for an appointment so they could look at my eye. The MD never examined me. I also didn't get help except for telling me to find an ophthalmologist. I couldn't get in to an Aurora doc for 4 weeks so I went to a private practice Ophthalmologist.

I marked No for being seen in a timely manner, as I came 15 minutes before my appointment, as we are requested to do, and was not seen until a half hour after my scheduled appointment time, so it was about 45 minutes from the time I came to the clinic to when I was actually seen by the provider. When I was taken into the examination room, I was told by the assistant that the doctor was running late.
