Feeling dismissed, not listened to. No clear or practical next steps
Wonderful provider
This was the first time seeing Dr Galindo. I'm very happy with our interactions. She is very knowledgeable.
Friendly and caring.
Very unhappy. I saw Dr Galindo for knee/leg pain(which she was over 30 minutes late seeing me) and instead of trying to get to the root of the problem she said to take naproxen sodium for a week to see if that solved the problem, or could do physical therapy. I am in pain daily and have taken medication to try to help. So now I am back to square one with trying to fix the issue and not just mask the pain. I left the appointment in tears.
She was a substitute for my regular doctor. She didn't really speak to me, but rather to my daughter. She was quick and efficient.
I was seen by Dr. Galindo when my PCP was unexpectedly out of the office. Given the circumstances I felt that she was fully prepared for my visit...it was a new issue for me and she covered and explained it well. Seeing a new Dr can be unnerving but I was totally comfortable with Dr. G!
I would not recommend Dr. Galindo. She didn't have a great bedside manner. The assistant didn't take my blood pressure or my pulse, which I thought was normal for all appointments, especially since I was coming in for a complaint of anxiety. It was an odd appointment and there's no way I would ever go back to her.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Overall I would not return to this site. There was an unsaid issue, since this office is not the location of my PCP. I explained why I had to visit this location, and after 1 lab (told I will need more), I need to visit my PCP.
