Your app pre-check in is an utter waste of time. Why do it when we then have to go to the front desk anyway? The app asked "Are you here?" and I clicked yes. Shouldn't that be the actual physical check in? I waited for 30 minutes because the app did NOT tell me I ALSO had to go check in at the front desk. That's just stupid. Either make it one, or the other.

Dr. Gina is one of the best doctors on staff. She listens to you and answers your questions. I would highly recomend her.
