The medical assistant didn't know a lot of the rooming process during my visit that I had to pay a copay for I had to education the MA on the proper way to room a patient with in EPIC and make sure she was doing the rooming process correctly. Because she just didn't know.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt relaxed and so at ease.
