That particular Doc o k but getting your phone answered delayed WAY too long due to COVID messages and delays. Appointments hard to get in timely modes...with all the phone COVID messages, no one checking temps upon entering hospital or paying attention to hand sanitation...seems incongruous to listen to so much phone warning and not much attention to patients entering from who knows where
The front desk ladies have zero personal skills. They talk poorly about things loud enough for patients to hear and they don't acknowledge anybody when the patient is standing right in front of them.

I had health issues to talk about but the visit felt rushed and we didn't discuss them.
I called to get an appointment and was told no one was available for almost 2 weeks. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with a severe sore throat and Covid. I was shocked and told Dr. m at my follow up visit with him.
Everything went well
I had lab results and one test was automatically released and it is a positive result and it has been over 24 hours with no explanation or discussion and making me crazy
Liked the Customer Service and the attention I was given by my PCP, and the medical staff.
