Everyone was happy to provide care and answer questions. I used the portal for further help and ask about additional needs. They answered in prompt manner. I have had a rewarding experience in every visit.

I have always been more than satisfied with the care I get from Dr. Mihailescu and his staff.

When I message my PCP responses are delayed, if little value and merely additional questions. LIVEWELL messaging is a waste of time. As far as being a patient, I firmly believe that I am merely a number. I'm hustled into the room, a nurse fires questions at me, then the doctor rushes in, looks at the computer, reviews tests, then flies out of the room.

Fanatic person, was wonderful to deal with. Made me feel totally at ease.

I have Lost almost all trust in the health care system. I feel the doctor/patient relationships & privacy are gone. They (doctors & health care workers) are forced by the government to do as the government wants. Only the communists/socialists & atheist workers in the health care industry agree with what is happening. For 12 years we've watched this controlled destruction. So sad. I am not alone in these feelings or thoughts. FAITH OVER FEAR! I pray for all of you supporting this destruction.
