Dr Mihailescu always gets back to me and has arranged to see me when his appointment schedule was full. He also took time to answer questions l had about on-line Portal which had failed me on a prior communication. His staff seems to be very competent.

The phone process at Aurora needs improvements. Often my call to the central receptionist is transferred to another "hold" and eventually answered then advised that they will leave a message so you will get a return call that does not happen. Also, I have 45 years telephone experience. When Aurora person calls out to a customer, the first few rings the Aurora person hears are "comfort rings" provided by the phone company to let the Aurora caller know that something is happening. The person who is being called telephone has not yet rang at all. Often the Aurora person will hear the rings and hang up thinking there is no answer when answering phone has only rung once or not at all. Bottom line, let the phone ring several times look before hanging up. To a person, you have a great staff but need to rethink phone traffic.

The Nurses where awesome and the Dr.was patient with me and didn't Rush.

I am 100% satisfied with Dr Mihailescu. I have had him for over a decade and hopefully another decade!
