Discussed med changes and when we left we were not on the same page. He needs to slow down and make sure we are. The after visit summary should be given to use before we leave the room. We waisted 45 min of our time waiting for clarification of which meds he changed. Because we had to wait for him to get out of a room with another patient. Thank goodness we use the pharmacy at the site or it would have been a mess over the phone and more time. I also find it hard to believe someone in person can't make an ultrasound appointment. Your phone system is confusing and I try not to use if all possible.

Listened to all of my concerns in a caring engaged manner. Came to a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan that will treat the condition and symptoms. Also he had a student following him and I was impressed with the respect and appreciation he showed for her contributions.
