Dr. Robertson is one of the most patient doctors I've ever had. She listens to understand my concerns. She always explains what I need to do next and provides assistance in getting needed appointments set up. Dr. Robertson is professional at all times and I have referred friends to her in the past. I stopped because I want to be able to get an appointment when I need it and not have someone I referred getting it. ??

Excellent customer service

The IT department needs to work with positions are removal of information from a clients record so information that is not true. It's not in the patient's chart for instants I'm not diabetic. It shouldn't be in my chart that I am diabetic.
