I love Dr. Robertson
I love Dr. Robertson, but I did not get to see her. My appointment was for 10:30 and I was placed in a room at 10:45. At 11:22 I left the office. I did not stop at the front desk to let them know I was leaving. I had another appointment. I think someone should check every 10 to 15 minutes when leaving a patient in the room.
Great customer service
I wish time management was better at/with my provider/clinic. For the last few visits wait times have been extremely high including this last visit where my daughter's scheduled visit was at 3:45, we arrived more than 15mins early, and didn't leave the clinic until 5:45. That's a full 2hrs for a routine physical which caused us to have to cancel another appointment we had at 5:00pm, which we should've been able to make to with no problem.
I am grateful for my Doctor
As I've said before Dr.Robertson is a great person and specialist that has a great knowledge and expertise on the topics we discuss.

It was very good encouragement information that was provided for my care. Although I am a senior citizen and she made it very clear and understandable what I should do about my health. Just wanted to let everyone know that the doctor is a caring doctor. She showed love to her patients. I love when doctors take time to listen.
