The doctor was great however the Lady at the front desk never signed me in for my 2pm appointment. I waited for a hour to find out she never signed me in until 3pm. I had to ask the front desk what was the problem because waiting for a hour is unacceptable.

This specific provider has always shown true care and concern for me as her patient! It would be nice if all providers were like this!

Everyone was courteous polite and friendly with a nice demeanor and sense of humor
