I visited the nurse practitioner because it has been increasingly difficult to get an appointment with my PCP. Last illness I went to urgent care. Nurse practitioner was kind & efficient & started me on my way with medication & X-rays to pinpoint the problem.

Ewa Rafacz is a very conscience CNP ,her integrity and manners reach far and beyond patient care. Ms. Rafacz takes time to explain your care, test results, and diagnoses such as stage 2 kidney disease, what cause it, and current developments. Ms. Rafacz took excellent care of me after coming from the hospital with COVID. Ms. Rafacz is an excellent provider, and 'm grateful to be under her care. ?

She was patient, gave great information about my health, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. I left feeling positive about my visit and was happy I decided to schedule my visit with her.

Ewa is excellent, knowledgeable and very thorough. Highly recommended!
