When making the appmt at this location, person should have specified it was at the hospital and which building. Was given only address and office number.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chen's for more than 25 years and would follow her anywhere. She is an incredible, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable doctor who combines urgency when necessary with compassion and encouragement at every turn. My experience yesterday exemplifies why I continue to stay with Dr. Chen and recommend her to others. She is the best!

The office smelled and looked clean. Front desk staff was welcoming. Medical assistant was personable and very understanding. Dr. Chen was amazing! I always dread getting a Pap smear done because it was always painful. Dr. Chen was super gentle and didn't feel a thing! I'll no longer fear going to my OB.

Dr. Chen is the reason I used Advocate. I've seen her for many years and would follow her regardless of the larger health organization with which she's aligned.
