This was my first time meeting Dr. Chen and I was extremely impressed with her. She took a lot of time to look through my chart & try to organize her thoughts before discussing anything with me, which I appreciated. She was a straight shooter without scaring me about any risks going on. Truly enjoyed the appointment with her which I can't say for every doctor usually.
Dr. Chen is wonderful and, before meeting her, I was reluctant to see a Gynecologist ?

Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor. She is so knowledgeable and personable. She is easy to talk to when sharing concerns and always has great suggestions. She truly cares about her patients. I'm so lucky to have her as my doctor.
Some of the history she reported was incorrect (procedure I had done was incorrectly noted in my chart) and I felt a bit like I couldn't speak to the issues going on while truly being heard. She's a very sweet doctor and I appreciate her assistance

I was a little upset that I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Plus, I was there 15 minutes early - as directed. I could have stayed at work instead of losing wages because I had to leave early - when I really didn't. Plus I was worried I wouldn't make it on time - and in reality, I had MORE than enough time. If doctors are running late, the office should call and let patients know so they aren't blindsided and sitting in the waiting room with their blood boiling. I realize that this is the risk of taking appointments late in the day - but we still should get a courtesy call so we don't have to sit there waiting. If we were late, we'd get charged and not seen because we were late. Double standard. I should send a bill for lost wages. PLUS the extra time I have to make up to get work done since I left early.
Dr. Evelyn Chen is a very nice person she listens to all your concerns and answers any questions you have. She make you feel very comfortable and explain everything to you so you'll understand any concerns you may have. I'm glad she's my provider and would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
