My appointment was at 10:20. I was asked to arrive at 10:05. (I expected a shorter wait time since I completed pre-check in requirements ). I wasn't called until 10:40 so thats a long wait time based on my arrival time only to have to go to the back and wait another 15 minutes before the doctor actually came in to see me. I liked my service with Dr. Searles. She is professional and has a good bedside manner. The office staff was very warm and welcoming upon my arrival. Overall the time range was timely as appointments go but it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge my waiting time and give some feedback if only to say " your provider is running a bit behind or you should be called soon."
