I expected the provider to run blood work to determine what stage of menopause I'm in. I also expected her to be more knowledgeable and to provide me with much more information about the condition.

I was satisfied with taking to Dr Searles. She provided information regarding my health care decisions moving forward. She was very helpful in guiding me to make informed decision for any future plans.
Dr. Searles took her time about explaining to me what the next steps could be. She also drew a picture to help me visualize what she was trying to explain.
Dr. Searles is a great provider. She is nice, has good bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable and safe. At my last appointment I had to be sent to the ER and Dr. Searles ensured that I understood everything and offered me empathy which was exactly what I needed in that moment. She gave me a hug and told me everything would be ok and it made me feel so much better. I appreciate her kindness.
