The provider was good! However, I sat in the room 30 mins waiting on someone to come and give me my info. After 30mins I went to the desk where the nurse was having a conversation and forgot I was in the room. I was told to go back. Just to have her bring me my visit summary and tell me to sit in the lobby to he called for bloodwork. After 15mins waiting in front I was called to give blood. I sat there 45mins longer than I had to because the assistant forgot I was in a patient room WAITING. However if I was 2mins late I wouldn't have even been granted this appointment.

I came in explaining that it was recommended for me to get some bloodwork done by my neuropsychologist to rule out potential causes for my lack of focus. She then asked me about losing weight without explaining how that affects my focus. I get it that I'm not at my optimum weight, but I'm a relatively healthy person. The advice of "lose weight" is unhelpful in a world where we are always bombarded by calorie-dense food, and we have a million different "diets" marketed to us. I'd rather an analysis of my health to address what may be directly causing my concerns and what I can do to address those concerns. "Lose weight" is very broad, and someone could take a very unhealthy approach if not guided by a doctor.

Dr. Hartl is amazing!!!! She ALWAYS makes time to see me and my toddler whenever we have a need, even if her schedule is super busy! We are so grateful for her!!!

Really frustrating experience with medication prescription. I spent couple of months trying to get pills refilled through Caremark. Also staff calling in prescriptions is horrendous. They call it in incorrectly or multiple different types of the same medication... then asking me to choose! Instead of calling in 90 day supply calling in 30. Then Caremark trying to contact provider for clarification.. it was months of insanity.
