Excellent doctor extremely knowledgable

The experience was fine for this office visit but we had some insurance paperwork that needed completing from the hospital stay but they weren't willing to complete or handle even though they handled the situation while in the hospital and completed the 2 surgeries during that stay. They insisted it needed to be handled by the primary physician even though he had nothing to do with the hospital stay, surgery or situation. It difficult to know what to do when the physicians rotate in the hospital and there is no primary doctor involved. It might be helpful to provide written instructions to patients and their families so they know how to obtain the information, signatures, etc for various insurance paperwork.

All went well and I received good news!

Dr Malicky and his staff took very good care of me during my entire injury, surgury, healing, process. They were always pleasant and helpful. I can't thank them enough for the care I was given!
