Drive time is my only issue
This my first visit. We have a plan and was given all the information needed to accomplish that.

Aurora tells you to check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I arrived 10 early and sat for 30 minutes before I had to walk up to the check in counter to ask what was going on. Another patient with a later appointment was taken in before I was. I don't enjoy wasting my time sitting around.
