Dr Potts is a good listener and understood what my concerns were. He is very kind and has a good bedside manner.

He listened to me and my concerns, and I felt like he cared about my well being.

Dr Potts was pleasant professional and informative during this first appointment/consult. I felt he was thorough and did not rush through the appointment. Will wait to see lab work for any possible deficiencies. Suggested 9 mo follow up.

Both Dr Potts and his nurse are very attentive, thorough and kind - all very helpful with anxiety and nervousness you're feeling about your appointment.

As usual the experience was top notch. He did a video call with us at noon even though the facility was closing at noon. We left feeling confident and calm or the state of health and how to manage it.

It was a good appointment.

Dr Potts took time to explain everything to me about what was going on with me. Very patient with me and explaining everything so I could understand it. I never feel like he's trying to rush me out of the office. And his nurse was very nice to.
