Dr Potts is always a great experience. He explains everything very well, has good advise and really seems to care about how you're doing.

Dr Eric Potts and the nurse that brought me back to the room were both phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed. It meant even more to me because I have been waiting almost 6 months to get into this office, and they exceeded expectations. However, I constantly struggle with the front desk receptionists. I find I almost always run into women with bad attitudes and are just, in general, rude. It isn't a great look for the company, as I have been inclined to find a new provider many times solely because of receptionists, but cannot because of my insurance. It's not just this location, I have had issues in multiple other places too. But this being my most recent experience in the past 6 months, something needed to be said finally. I hope this comment helps to fuel extra hospitality or customer service training. Thank you.
