I found Dr Potts to be very engaging, caring, and genuinely concerned about my problem and wellbeing. He took time to listen and time to provide his feedback. I found it to be a collaborative experience. I have complete trust in him.

Doctor was very kind and caring. Explained everything to me in detail. Gave all the information as to what tests are to be done and why they were needed. Spent enough time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything being discussed.

Dr Potts took time to understand what was going on and give clear directions of next steps.

Dr. Potts is the best neurologist I have ever had. I have recommended him to many friends. I have absolutely no plans on changing. We have been together since 2015. He has managed several different issues and always discussed the issues and treatment options. We have a great relationship. I cannot put into words how much I trust him.

I was on time and had to wait for 33 minutes in the room for the doctor. Not happy but the doctor did say he was sorry for keeping me waiting.
