I'm never disappointed. I am moving but will continue with Aurora and the Bonduel clinic as Emily and the staff are top shelf professionals.

Emily is one of the best I have ever seen. She listens and actually cares about my medical ailments, instead of dismissing them like many others have. She talks through problems WITH me and we BOTH come to solutions. I feel like I am included in the care I receive with her instead of just being ordered to ignore something or "just take a pill" to mask it. Emily is definitely a priceless asset to your orginization.

the amount of time working around all the calling and being put on extended hold , even for cardiac patients is infuriating . your contact system is much too automated and very aggravating
