Timely,student nurse very friendly , understanding and very inquiring. Staff person extremely friendly and efficient with inquiring about meds, injury and ... Emily very personable, relaxing inquires. Laid out what was happening next , where and when . Also possibly why ! Enough information for me to start relaxing ... blood pressure went down !

The only thing I do not like is having your phone calls going to a central phone bank, and having them contact your provider instead of talking directly to the specific office, very impersonal and wastes more time trying to get answers.
