Went to get blood work done after doctors visit. Sitting in waiting room and gentleman worker was yelling from His room the patients name to come back for bloodwork. Having to repeat name a few times as most patients are older and not well hearing. It would be nice if staff would walk the few feet to the waiting room and call only patients first name and show them to the lab room

Not crazy about having to go thru a 3rd party answering svc to get to the Dr and her office. Gets time consuming and feels disconnected. Am used to dealing directly with the Drs. Office. If you have an issue this is very frustrating to deal with. You shouldn't have to go thru a maze to speak to your Drs. office. Plus not happy with the wait time to get in. It was 6 months. I was fortunate to have the wait list clear and get in for my annual check up in 4 mos. The nurse did make several suggestions to possibly see other drs if u wanted to get in sooner. I think the whole point of having YOUR DR is to be able to see THEM and not just random Drs in the system or to be shuffled about. If I am going to have to rely on IMMEDIATE CARE if I have an issue- why do I have a personal DR at all? Its a concern. When you are sick and not feeling well this is not something you want to deal with or should have to deal with. I feel bad for the drs dealing with this and I understand Covid backlog may be to blame for some of it- but other people I know have gotten in to see their doctors and can contact them with much less hassle and stress.
Being the last appointment of the day meant I had to wait a little longer due to backup but the doctor was able to spend more time with me.
I like 2 say she's very thorough and all my questions were answered.
Good organization, Friendly people, good medical help, and lastly I'm thankful for everybody who works there.
