Dr. Aleksandrovich is absolutely the most caring doctor our family has. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk about our health issues. We can email her anytime and she responds immediately. Her staff are wonderful. Willing to help in a professional manner and with compassion. We had Loren for the first time and was so fun to be with. Treated us like we knew him for a long time. Again best doctor and best staff.

She is lively, friendly, informative and reflects a true concern to my well being. I appreciate the fact that she (her staff) inform me on time of my lab results and what should be done. Over the past 2 decades, I've seem several health care providers at LGH/Advocate Medical Group, some are there just for a paycheck, some are okay, some are good and Dr. Ellen Aleksandrovich is by far the best! The front desk staff is very rude, has an attitude when approached. Did not seem very knowledgeable about how to find out if a patient was already checked in. My mother checked in on her own and when I reached the waiting area she was not there so I checked with the staff to see if she was already in a room, I had to repeat her name 3x then had to write it down on a paper, and still had to wait to find out where she was. A nursing assistant(?) was finally able to help me. This is not the first time the front desk staff have been rude and not very helpful.
