I don't feel like this provider really listens. Also feel like I'm talked down to as a parent. I think he has his "talking points" memorized and my child is just another number
Doc was on time, engaged with my son. All the other staff were great, LPN and lab staff all were friendly and punctual.

Dr Beno is amazing. I'm so happy with him as our pediatrician.
Our kids are always excited when we tell them they have to go for a check up. The check in desk, nurse, and doctor are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Beno listens and allows time to ask questions.

Love the availability for acute appointment when things come up. Doctor is always on time. never feel rushed when at appointment, always allows extra questions to be answered.

Although it's a bit rough at times, I recommend it because it also gives young people a bit of security and confidence. Most of the treatment is both safe and comfortable.
Dr. Beno is not our normal provider but he thankfully had an opening. He did a great job and our concerns were addressed.
