Nothing at all with the provider. Remove the out of state call center. Figure out a billing system and oh get rid of the centralized call center.... Did I mention that the centralized call center has made it possible that the only reason we stay with aurora is the specific provider(s)... if they left we would too in a split second. Perhaps bring the call center back to the local team who actually knows what is going on....

Dr Don is an amazing physician we are lucky to have him at Aurora! He goes anywhere else, we go with him. Even if I have to drive an hour to see him.

The doctor was very thorough and made my son feel like he was part of the conversation and not just a parent and doctor talking.

This isn't related to this visit but I dislike trying to get in for a sick visit. It's a painful process getting transferred to a nurse triage. It takes forever and they ask a ton of questions to tell you to go to the ER when all I want is a doctor appointment. Very frustrating!
