He was very factual, short, to the point and brief compared to the other Drs I've had. I asked for a work letter and his reply was in part, "I don't want to have to write a book...." I never asked for that, just a heads up to an employer about the surgery and I might have time off or adjusted schedule. I'm sure, I hope, he is a good surgeon, maybe just a bad day. I came away with a completely different feeling than anyone else in this group.

Appointment was for 11:30, I was not called back to a room until 12:45. I understand I was probably the last appointment, and I would rather have to wait knowing that the doctor will not rush his patients. So the wait for me was not overly bothersome.

Dr Andersen has been taking care of my needs for years now and I am very happy with everything he has taken care of.
I have been getting the shots for a number of years. I am in there every 3 to 4 for shots in both shoulders.
Didn't seem to accomplish much sending me now for nerve test.
Dr. Andersen is a compassionate Dr as well as his staff.
