Dr. Andersen and his staff are the epitome of professionalism. I have recommended him to others!
The wait time was long. I had a 4:30pm appointment, I was instructed to be there at 4pm and wasn't even seen until 5pm.

Everyone was amazing, from the greeters at the door main desk, to the staff at the office, to the X-ray tech, to Heather, and finally, to Dr. Andersen. They all were extremely kind and very helpful. I felt sad as I no longer will need to see Dr. Andersen. He did such a great job in my wrist surgery, and I'm healing very well. God bless all of you!
I was the patient and yet this provider addressed his discussion and explanations to my husband looking, at him instead of me. It was very distressing. I felt like my problem was being belittled and like I was wasting his time.
The doctor didn't provide any actionable longterm treatment outside of cortisone to help with the pain and healing .
This dr is great
He didn't seem to like me asking questions. He would describe something and I'd have a question about it and he seemed perturbed that I would interrupt and ask. Sorry not waiting until the end when the question is about now and what was being told to me at that time. Hes the expert and I am not and I had a lot of questions that obviously didn't get answered.
The got us in for an appointment timely. The provider seems to be knowledgeable. The only thing I would complain about is the need to be there 15 minutes early to end up waiting until 35 minutes past that time to actually see said Dr.
