Dr. Keim knew my history, listened to my concerns, ordered an xray and then an MRI. She is eager to get to the bottom of my issue and find a treatment. She is thorough and professional but also shows warmth and compassion.

I was extremely disappointed upon entering true check in area that it was completely void of any holiday decorations. Felt like being in a Communist country (which I have been). Every year your staff does a wonderful and cheerful job, also professional, to bring harvest/fall spirit, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Try is is no longer allowed?? Why?? Every other clinic I visit has beautiful and uplifting holiday decorations. Even non-Christians enjoy the spirit of the season. Shame on whoever put a stop to this!! Bring it back. We all need holiday cheer and good will. I expect to see a return of this tradition.
