THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM IS VERY BAD. WHEN I TRY TO CALLIN IT LED ME TO ONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER NUMBER TO A NUMBER 7 times to check my time to attend my appointment. I should get a real person to answer my questions with in 30 seconds or have a call back DON'T make it so COMPLICATED.
