Staff has always been friendly as well as my physician.
I have confidence in Dr. Mai and his staff. I am happy with the way my appointment went.

He prescribed some new medication, but never explained what it was, what it was for, and how to use it. He asked if I could read and follow directions and instructions. It felt a little demeaning! He appeared to be in a rush to be somewhere else.
