I was hardly seated in the waiting room when I was called and escorted to the exam room. I was seen by Dr. Mai almost immediately. When my examination, treatment consultation ended and I was walking out, I noted it was 10:31 AM. This was one minute later than my appointment was originally scheduled for. This was undoubtedly the shortest wait-time (really, no wait at all) I have ever had at any physician's office. VERY IMPRESSIVE-THANK YOU!!
