Dr. Mai is a genuine and personable person. He adds humor which puts your mind at ease. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family.

If all providers had the same amount of bedside mannerisms as DR Mai you would have no complaints

The provider is outstanding , always . My problem is with the Lobby front desk scheduling. We made an appointment in person and when we arrived weeks later they said their was no record of our appointment being made, which was not true and clearly an error on your part. I wouldn't randomly take my child out of school and come to the clinic. In the middle of the day without an appointment at that time. Mistakes can be made but we should be told that we are wrong and didn't make the appointment, the appointment is entered by your staff not me, I can't control if they don't know how to properly book an electronic appointment. This is unfair to us and to this amazing provider who gives incredible care .
