Dr. Mai has always been the consummate professional in addressing any major skin issues. I refer to him as the "Zapper"!!

Dr. Mai is the best. He cares about his patients and takes the time to discuss options. I know Aurora forces their doctors to see a certain number of patients a day. He manages to stay on time and project a caring attitude.
