Appointment time was right on, probably a few minutes early. No more than two minutes after checking in I was on my way to be roomed. Having a doctor be able to stay on schedule without any delays is great! Not an issue of the doctor, probably more so the clinic, the paper towel that's put on the floor for me to place my bare feet on while waiting is no good. With slightly sweaty feet, the paper towel sticks to my feet and tears apart any time I move my feet.
I gave a 6 for recommendation because MD is very hard to get an appt with. I schedule a year in advance
Dr. Mai is a very good dermatological care provider. Am glad to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Mai was friendly. He listened to my concerns and explained why he was doing what. His nurse was friendly and helpful.
He is very efficient and punctual while still being quite friendly.
