I appreciated Dr Sarcu's thorough information about options for skin graft and what he will do to remove melanoma from my nose.

Also a shout out to an Audiolgy Dr (don't recall her name) who repaired my hearing aid while I was seeing the MD for my follow-up visit.

There is nothing negative to say about this appointment. This provider is an A+.

Dr asked about a six week follow up but it was difficult to schedule to find any openings. Finally 30 minutes away in Naperville I was told to go to. Disappointed that there was an ease and flexibility with scheduling.

At first, after my first excision, I wasn't sure how to ask questions that pertained to treatment that I needed to do at home...as time went on I became familiar with texting these questions to the Doctor....but was not able to send pictures....later on I discovered the way to send pictures....which helped tremendously...and enabled the Doctor's treatments.

They listened and were very helpful.

Very professionsl, and kind. Knows the situation and is working with me to resolve. Staff is also pleasant and efficient
