Dr. Randall made what could have been a painful and , procedure into something that I could much more easily tolerate. His friendly manner and openness aren't that common in specialists.
Dr Randall was amazing, it did take several months to get the appointment but I understand why. He listened intently and was extremely thorough. When dealing with chronic pain many providers tend to brush you off, but Dr Randall was kind and empathetic and validated the experience I am having. He knows his stuff and it is very clear, I felt confident in the course of action we discussed and know I can reach out if anything changes. I truly wish he could be my primary care provider.
