I am very pleased with the front desk staff, the call center was a challenge, had to wait quite awhile, but since I worked for a busy Doctors office myself, I know how busy the calls can get on some days. I am 100% pleased with Dr Randall and his staff and would recommend him to anyone who needed not only a compassionate Physician but the whole team he has working for him. In my experience, a patient will like his or her doctor but it takes a team to make a patient stay, it's all about the first step, the call to make the appointment, that sets the whole atmosphere of that patient meeting the doctor for the first time, second is the staff at the front desk. Third is the MA or RN who greets you and takes your vitals and asks why your here to see the doctor, all this matters, as a patient we need help, we are scared and we just need to feel important, finally we meet the Doctor! Sadly he is at the mercy of his staff, who I'm sure hopes and prays that his staff has done all they could to make this patient happy to be in the exam room! And I am a happy patient

I was pleased with Dr. Randall. I left his office thinking that he was serious about trying to find the cause of my neck problems and that the tests he prescribed may help to find some answers.
