Will not be returning with that provider. Took my daughter to be seen, she is very shy at first. Provider kept asking her question, she did not answer, provided told my daughter that she did a "horrible" . Over and over again. Provider needs to treat all kids with respect.
We love Dr. Sherman! He has been with our family since our children were born. He is the best doctor!

Not good
Had a wonderful newborn visit with Dr Sherman! Kind and realistic, helpful advice. My only feedback is wayfinding in this building. We entered through the west entrance, as the address for the visit in LiveWell did not have a suite number included, just the building address and Aurora Pediatrics. When suite was identified, we found one arrow pointing one direction, another pointing another direction and ended up in urgent care to turn back around and be routed upstairs.
Dr. Sherman and his team are fantastic with my children. Aurora on the other hand is frustrating to work with. Pricing is opaque, clerical staff seem to lack training on routing questions, acquiring estimates is overly burdensome, and estimated prices for things like imaging came in double that of children's hospital and more than ten times higher than a specialty imaging center.
It was a good experience with Dr.David Sherman. He gave me advice to help my daughter with her eating well habits.
